Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, minigolf 3 km, riding stable 3 km. Hiking paths: ab ca. 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
