A clean, quiet and comfortable well equipped lovely modern cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to wineries and Keuka lake. Beautiful deck, outdoor fireplace and grounds . We will definitely be back again.

I was amazed at how clean this house was--no dust anywhere, no spiderwebs in any corners, nada. Nothing makes us more comfortable than a clean house!! The property is beautiful and in a great location. The hottub is spacious and immaculate and we enjoyed hitting golf balls. The water is stinky due to well water but we tried to ignore it. Check in was a little frustrating-- i had to ask for the code upon arrival at check in time, and i also had trouble returning the signed PDF forms and was told that many others often have the same issue. Overall, we loved this property and would definitely return.

It was a very nice property but the amenities were severely lacking. 5 people for a 4 day stay. No salt and pepper. 1 roll of paper towels. 1 rag and 1 towel per person. 4 trash bags. 3 packs of sugar and 3 Kcups for coffee. And the ants were atrocious. We had to go stock up at a nearby store and purchased ant traps.
