Look forward to relaxing moments together as a couple or with the whole family. We offer a two-room guest apartment on the ground floor where you’ll want for nothing. From a cosy living room and a modern bathroom to a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, the apartment offers plenty of possibilities. High-speed, free Wi-Fi is available.

The living room is furnished with a couch, a flat-screen cable TV, and a seating area for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner together.
Our bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The two bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds) ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
Our well-equipped kitchen offers you a space to pamper your loved ones and express your creativity. Stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker—you’ll find all of this in our kitchen.

Bed linens are included in the initial setup.
Please bring your own TOWELS.
The accommodation fee includes a final cleaning.
SMOKING and PETS are not permitted.



On-site fees: Please pay the usage fee & visitor’s tax before arrival via bank transfer (you will receive the bank details with your reservation confirmation) OR in cash, by debit card, or credit card at the Thale eG Housing Cooperative at Ferdinand-Freiligrath-Str. 53 during our business hours: Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
