Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all thermostats to 50, turn off lights and AC units, and load and start dishwasher as necessary.
Please take all trash to the community trash collection at 44 Towamensing Trails. A fee applies for any remaining trash.
Don't worry about stripping the beds or collecting the towels. *The 10am check out time is strict as our cleaning partners will be ready to start preparing the house for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum age of renter is 25. Renter must take all garbage/trash to community collection site at end of stay.

We had such an amazing stay here! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the hot tub, game room, and all of the natural light throughout the house. It was the perfect place to spend time together, relax, and create lasting memories!Sarah was a wonderful host - kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The location was also great for explore and enjoying the Poconos and the many nearby attractions in Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony, and surrounding areas. We had such a fun and memorable trip and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice stay. The amenities are a 7-8 minute drive from the house. It is a nice get away close to hiking and white water rafting. We enjoyed the home.
