Brand-new home on a private 2 ac wooded lot, bordering Zion National Park on the E. Rim. Walking distance to the famous Observation Point & Cable Mountain Trail heads. From the East Rim Trail Head, Enjoy a mostly flat 7-mi out & back hike to Observation Point for breathtaking views of Angels Landing & Zion Canyon. Trail head parking is limited, so we recommend using the convenient Zion Ponderosa Resort shuttle for a small fee or walking the 1-2 mi from the home.

Relax in this brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked away on a peaceful 2-acre wooded lot on Zion's East Rim. You can refer to listing map to see exact location. 10 mi to Zion NP East Entrance, 22 mi to Springdale, 78 mi to Bryce Canyon and 35 mi to Kanab, aka Little Hollywood.

The spacious primary suite features a queen bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. On the opposite side of the home are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom—one bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it perfect for families or groups.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, along with an expandable dining table for gathering together. A laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Unwind in the comfortable living room with a 42-inch Smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming services. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. AT&T cell service is generally excellent in the area.

Outdoor Setting

Little Ponderosa is a peaceful mountain community with large, unfenced lots. Please be respectful of neighboring properties and remain on designated areas. Zion National Park borders the property, offering an incredible natural setting just steps away.

Your stay includes access to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort pools and hot tubs. Simply stop by the resort's front desk, let them know where you're staying, and the visit will be charged to our account. The resort is about a 5-minute drive away or about a 2-mile walk if you'd like to enjoy the scenery.

Weather & Elevation

Southern Utah is a high-desert environment, and this home sits at approximately 6,500 feet above sea level. If you're not accustomed to higher elevations, we recommend taking your first day to acclimate before attempting strenuous hikes. Staying hydrated and pacing yourself can help prevent altitude sickness. If you plan to explore slot canyons, always check the weather and flash flood advisories before heading out, as conditions can change quickly.

Restrictions include no fires, no smoking anywhere but in your enclosed vehicle, no charcoal grills, no motorized equipment without spark arrestors. Nothing that can make a spark as its very dry here and fires become very large, very quickly. You can be fined $5000 for non compliance as well as cost of damages and fire co. assistance.
