Vacation home in a high-quality maritime ambience on a long sandy beach!

Your holiday home in a luxurious seaside setting—just 1 minute from the 18-km-long sandy beach. The town centre, with its pier, many shops, cafes, and restaurants, is about a 5-minute walk away.

Nestled in beautiful gardens, you’ll find your approximately 95 m² holiday home. This semi-detached house was newly built in 2009. Two parking spaces are available free of charge.

You’re by the sea. And where do you enjoy the sea? On the beach, of course.

That’s why we’ve furnished the extremely spacious living and dining area for you in a classic maritime style with great attention to detail.

Here you’ll find a relaxation corner with a sofa (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and two armchairs. A fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort. A flat-screen TV with a radio system and DVD player is also available. You’ll find a small selection of DVDs and books here. In addition to the guest folder with information about the holiday home itself, we provide a folder with information on many attractions in Zingst and the surrounding area. Holiday days just the way you like them—we have the perfect suggestion for almost any wish. Several travel guides, cycling maps, and special guidebooks for children are waiting for you.

The large window front lets in plenty of light. From here, you can step out onto the southwestern-facing terrace.

In the kitchen area, you’ll find a high-quality, modern country-style kitchen that we hope will leave nothing to be desired.

An extra-large refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available for all the treats you’ll want to enjoy on holiday.

A modern stove with all the features you need, as well as a ceramic cooktop, are available for your cooking needs and creations.

Of course, we’ve also got a few options to spice up your cooking. In addition to pans, pots, and the usual kitchen utensils, you’ll find a raclette set, a wok, and cookbooks—maybe you’ll have time to try something new on holiday.

For those who like to eat on the go, there’s a microwave.

We provide dishes, cutlery, and red/white wine & water glasses for up to 12 people. Have fun setting the table and enjoy your meal.

You want to relax on holiday—so, of course, we’ve also provided a dishwasher for your convenience.

Two bathrooms are at your disposal.

One bathroom is located on the ground floor. It’s functionally equipped with a toilet and shower. Naturally, it features a maritime flair. We’re also happy to provide you with a washing machine.

The second bathroom is located on the ground floor. Here you’ll find a modern wellness area with a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, and a coin-operated sauna for up to 3 people. Feel free to enjoy and relax here by candlelight!
