Great location, very affordable, great air conditioning, good communal area, and super comfy beds. However, there was a cockroach issue and mold on the spare toilet paper. Overall an adequate experience.

The property was walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. The house was relatively clean. The upstairs bathroom had molded toilet paper. Overall we got what we paid for, close excess to everything.
