*Pool has not been built yet. Guests can enjoy Gatlinburg Recreation Center's State of the art indoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, and basketball courts for a small daily fee OR enjoy the pool at Mountain Shadows Phase 2 just minutes away until our pool is installed. The location to the pool will be given day of check in. The outdoor pool is open from May to September.



Guests will receive one complimentary ticket to the following attractions daily: Please note* Only one complimentary ticket is given per attracction, not family member. The remaining guests in the party will have to have their tickets purchased. This is through our partnership with Xplorie and not a time share. This is just a bonus for booking with us. Upon booking, guests will be asked for their email to send their personalized booking link to them where they can reserve their tickets and purchase additional for each day of their stay. Some attractions are seasonal only, so please check with each attraction on your personalized link.



Guest Access:

This is a condominium. Guests have access to their own unit. This one is Unit 151. Top Floor. Elevator access.



The Neighborhood:

This is a gorgeous private area that feels secluded but is super close to all of the favorite attractions here in the Gatlinburg area. Guests will truly feel at home. We have several black bears, deer, turkeys, rabbits, and birds that frequent the outdoors around the condos. The sunsets and evenings are perfect here. This is truly a beautiful atmosphere focused on rest and tranquility.



Getting Around:

Convenient parking for one vehicle. During slow seasons, there is space for 2 vehicles. When it is a busy season, please check with host before bringing a 2nd vehicle. Covered parking out of the elements for guests convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket full of locally hand made, wellness treats for their stay. This includes all natural, plant based, Body butters, Sugar Scrubs, Shower Steamers, Face and Sleep masks. Starter packs of paper towel, scented toilet paper, trash bags, dawn dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and laundry pods are provided. Also, Nespresso packs, lavender tea, and k-cups with creamer and sugar. Condos are taken care of by a 5 star reputable cleaning company that takes pictures before and after each guest as well as this property is highly maintained by a professional pest control and maintenance team.
