Check-in: We parked and carried our suitcases to the elevator lobby, which was locked. We didn’t know that we had to go to the apartment to get a dongle before trying to carry our luggage up. We stayed for 2 weeks. There were no drawers in the apartment, so we had to live out of our suitcases the entire time. There was only one suitcase rack. We found this inconvenient. Also, there were some minor things that we missed. For example, there was a coffee maker, but no filters to use with it. We left the package we bought.

It was a perfect match for what we needed: Alford able, good location, and quiet. Thank you! The only thing I’d suggest for future customers with a big car: park on level 4 where the parking space is a lot bigger!
