One of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed in! It has everything you need without being full of junk. Thoughtful touches like a closet of beach gear & clearly labeled extra sheets was greatly appreciated. Quiet area & beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was clean and had everything you could ever need. We especially enjoyed eating on the deck and enjoying the tranquility. Close to many beaches. There was a musty smell when we arrived. The hosts were quick to respond and come over to help with the problem. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a retreat that was much needed for my family and I. When we wanted beach bum days and downtown experiences , it was all minutes away. Thanks Nico for responding fast and having the place clean and stocked.

We really enjoyed the house. Very clean. The decor is so cool, retro. Plenty of hot water, great showers. The dish washer was a plus as we didn't know there was one there. Had everything we needed. We forgot our beach chairs and towels but they had them there at house. Very quiet and relaxing!

I do have a few comments:The beds were terrible. Recommendation would be new mattresses with box springs. The small twins were absolutely awful. The home had an odor. It was either from a previous smoker or bad water. We only shower once due to the odor of the water. We did have one of our guest fall entering the building. The front door steps are built at 9" and 6". They should be the same to eliminate any tripping hazard. The outside needs to be powerwashed, Especially the garage door is very dirty and all windows need to be cleaned. I will say the appliances were nice, nice linens, nice dishes, and peaceful surrounding.The owners should put some additional attention to the home. Was this the first time rented out? We would not rent this home again due to the above condition. We were very disappointed.

The house was lovely. Very well appointed and comfortable. Location was great, close enough to South Haven to be convenient but far enough away for a peaceful stay.
