Air-conditioned modern loft-style apartment in Hannover with two roof terraces & heated jacuzzi. Up to 5 guest with 956Ft² (89m²). Almost floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light in the openly designed apartment.

Very central, yet fantastically quiet: 8 min to the airport / 20 min to exhibition center / expo / fair. Everything important is within walking distance (shopping mall, cinema, restaurant, doctors) or via local transport (airport, expo / fair, hanover city, main station).


*** Jacuzzi & Terrace ***
Enjoy the year-round heated pool at 97°F / 36°C.
The pool can be used for a one-time fee of €150 for the duration of your stay.
Despite the central location, you'll have a beautiful view and can watch sunsets from the comfortable lounge area.

*** Bedroom ***
The queensize bed in the main bedroom is 63 x 79 inches (160x200cm). The second bedroom has a 35x79 inches (90x200cm) and the room can alternatively be used as an office.
Both bedrooms can be completely darkened.
Two more people can use the large fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

*** Living room ***
The living room offers an inviting, cozy sofa corner with a sleep function.
Thanks to cleverly installed lighting, you can flexibly adjust the lighting mood to your liking.


*** Kitchen ***
Cook together at the large cooking island. So cooking becomes an experience! The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas grill is available on the terrace.


*** Barrier-free ***
The apartment is almost barrier-free. However, there are two things to note:
The shower is not at ground level but raised about 5 inches (14cm). The roof terraces and also the pool must be accessed via a step.

Great place for Agritechnica

We stayed here as we were attending Agritechnica. Was a great location and easy to get on the train (5 minutes walk) straight to the convention centre.

Perfect appartment, everything nearby

The appartment is very extravagant. Everything is smart. The living area including the kitchen includes everything that you need. The whirlpool is perfect and the two terraces allow you to follow the sun.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Check-in war ebenfalls problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Gleiche gilt für den Whirlpool. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG, direkt unterm Dach. Es gibt zwei große Balkone. Der eine geht zum Einkaufszentrum hinaus und man blickt auf das dazugehörige Parkhaus. Der andere ist ruhiger gelegen, hier ist vor dem Haus eine kleine Rasenfläche und daneben ein Landhaus mit altem Baumbestand. Auf diesem Balkon gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzecke und einen Außen-Whirlpool. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight, besonders jetzt, im Winter. Immer 36 Grad warm.Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem sehr schönen Lichtkonzept. Alle Leuchten konnte man über ein I-Pad steuern und teilweise waren LED-Stripes dabei, bei denen Helligkeit und Farbe eingestellt werden konnten. Die Küche war gut bestückt mit Geschirr und Besteck.Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Den Raum konnte man komplett mit Rollos verdunkeln. In allen Räumen gab es Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern.Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum ("CCL"). Dort gibt es auch einen Rewe-Markt für den täglichen Bedarf.In der näheren Umgebung sind auch einige Restaurants. Wir haben das "Aroma-Gourmet" ausprobiert. Das ist ein Asiate, mit einem sehr reichhaltigem Menü-Angebot.

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll. Manuel hat alles erklärt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Atmosphäre und der Whirlpool haben für entspannte Tage und einen tollen Start ins neue Jahr gesorgt.

Das besondere Loft von Langenhagen

Wir haben hier ein sehr schönes und entspanntes Wochenende verbracht. Die Wohnung/Loft hat eine tolle gehobene Ausstattung, über Smart Home gesteuerter Technik, 2 großen Balkonen und einem lichtdurchfluteten Raum, indem sich der Wohnraum/Küche befinden. Schauen Sie doch selbst mal vorbei, Sie werden es nicht bereuen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Luxus in Langenhagen

Tolle Location. Jederzeit wieder. Der Pool ist manchmal leider nicht so warm geworden, wie es hätte sein sollen. Aber ansonsten war alles tiptop.

Top Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für entspannte Urlaubstage benötigt. Besonders der Whirlpool und die smarte Steuerung der Technik in der Wohnung sind die Highlights. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist wirklich sehr unkompliziert und auch sehr angenehm. Sicher werden wir diese Wohnung wieder einmal besuchen.

Sehr gemütlich!

Eine tolle Wohnung für ein gemütliches Wochenende oder als Basis für eine Erkundung Hannovers. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber undceine sehr ausführliche Führung zur Übergabe. Gerade auch in der Küche alles da was man braucht. Ein Highlight natürlich die Dachterrasse(n) und der Whirlpool (such hier gute, ausführliche Einweisung). Auch Parken direkt am Objekt kein Problem. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
