Sunshine Bay House offers a thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and there is a sofa bed and futon in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials. The heart of the home is the outdoor entertainment area complete with a 800 square foot deck. a large BBQ pit, a 55" TV, expansive comfortable seating, a bar with a ice maker and lighted seating under a tree covered fenced in backyard. Also equipt with a outdoor shower for rinsing off at the end of the day. There is a work desk with hight speed internet (1Gbps) great lighting and USB capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and all the necessary cookware and utensils makes cooking your catch of the day a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on the large bayside porch or the screened in back patio to enjoy morning coffee or tea. The spacious backyard provides a relaxing retreat with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There are 4 TV's at the house, A 55-inch in the livingroom, a 55" in the outside living area and one in each of the bedrooms. The house also includes essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are permitted (up to 2 dogs under 35 lbs.).
