The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dirty dishes or start dishwasher.
Collect all used towels and stack them neatly in bathrooms floor.
Take trash to respective bin, see ‘house rules’ for additional information.
Lock all doors and windows.
Turn temperature on all Mini Splits to 76 degrees and leave remote on kitchen wall.
Exit through the front door, close the door, press and hold “Teeho” button till is lock and thank you for staying at our place. Safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 per night fee. Exterior cameras in use.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs inside or outside the property are prohibited. Violations of policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
Unauthorized parties, gatherings, excessive noise, or property damage will result in fines and possible eviction. Quiet hours are 11pm - 8am.
