We did show up at the property and the air-conditioning was not cooling. I gave a little time to make sure that that was the issue and not that we had just been turned on. I contacted the host and they immediately had somebody out to fix the issue and it was resolved within a few hours. We went to dinner and hung out on the water and by the time we were ready to settle in it was doing what it was supposed to overall experience excellent.
