This spacious home, serviced daily, is perfect for both leisure travellers and working executives. It features five bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms, and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Located in the heart of Umdloti, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a vibrant selection of shops and restaurants, you could not be better positioned.
The Space
Guests enter into a pristine, spacious open-plan living area that incorporates the dining room, lounge, and kitchen.The stylish dining area features a beautiful 8-seater dining table, perfect for long, relaxed lunches with family and friends. The dining space flows into a tastefully decorated lounge area.
The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, double-door fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and all the essential appliances needed for a comfortable stay. A separate scullery leads off the kitchen for added convenience. The kitchen also opens onto the living area with a lovely breakfast bar counter.
The spacious living and entertainment area, complete with a bar, leads onto a large patio with breathtaking ocean views, creating the perfect tranquil escape. Here, guests can enjoy the swimming pool and braai area with family and friends after a fun day at the beach.
There is also a guest bathroom and a separate comfortable TV lounge featuring a large flat-screen Smart TV for movie nights and entertainment.The four tastefully decorated bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There is also a fifth bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to a private patio with beautiful sea views. The main en-suite bathroom includes a bath, shower, and double vanity basin.
