Ground floor vacation apartment in a thatched house for up to 4 people - Boddenbrise

Our 60 m² non-smoking holiday apartment, "Boddenbrise," is located on the ground floor of a thatched-roof house in the "Residenz am Haferland" complex. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people. It is completely surrounded by approximately 400 square metres of green space. The swimming area on the Bodden is about a 3-minute walk away. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 4 km away. The west-facing terrace is bathed in sunlight starting at noon. The bedrooms, facing north, stay pleasantly cool. The apartment has been professionally redecorated in a country house style. Entertainment options include: Wi-Fi, radio, CD player, satellite TV, and DVD player. Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere can pick up one of the many interesting books. Board games ensure there’s never a dull moment. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, electric kettle, fridge-freezer combo, and dishwasher. A safe in the hallway and a hair dryer in the bathroom are also provided. Included in the rental price is use of the car parking space, the bike shed, and the sauna pavilion. The three different saunas are available three times a week (Wed, Fri, Sat) by appointment. The pavilion also houses a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee. If you’re arriving by bike, there’s, of course, a bike storage area available. It’s lockable and accessible to all holiday guests.
