The house is thoughtfully arranged across the ground floor and first floor, offering comfortable spaces designed to be enjoyed with family or friends.



As you enter, the ground floor welcomes you with the main social areas, including a cozy living room, dining area, half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house also features a charming patio, perfect for enjoying a family breakfast, having your morning coffee, or simply relaxing and unwinding in the afternoon. The beach is 7 minutes walk from the house



If you do not have a car, outside of Terralta you can find several buses that take you to different locations.



Everything is very close from the neigborhood and you can walk around the town or take a local taxi.

Outdoor furniture & cushions



During rainy season, outdoor furniture is stored for protection, but you're welcome to set it out. To avoid damage or professional cleaning fees (MXN $3,000), please store the cushions properly after each use to protect them from rain or dirt.





Cleaning service



Cleaning during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee, subject to staff availability and service hours.





Professional photoshoot



TO NOTICE: For a photoshoot there's a fee for $15,000MXN extra. If you want to make a videoclip, tell us more about it and we'll happily verify the specific rate for you.



City Infrastructure



**Important:** Due to the property’s coastal location, the water may occasionally have a slightly salty taste as a result of the naturally occurring mineral and salt deposits in the area.



This may be more noticeable during certain times of the year. However, please rest assured that the water undergoes proper purification and treatment processes and is safe for everyday use. 🌊🚿



Notice: As with many major metropolitan cities around the world, occasional odors near drains or bathroom areas may rarely be noticeable, particularly during rainy season or while the city carries out maintenance on its public water and drainage systems.



These situations are uncommon, temporary, and originate from the city's infrastructure rather than the property itself. They typically dissipate quickly and do not impact the functionality, cleanliness, or overall comfort of the home.

Plumbing



To protect the home's plumbing system, please do not flush anything other than human waste.

Please dispose of toilet paper, wipes (including flushable wipes), sanitary products, cotton swabs, paper towels, tissues, and any other objects in the trash bins provided.

• Close doors and windows when leaving the property.

• Report any maintenance issue as soon as possible.

• Towels & water care: We provide one towel per person per stay, we kindly ask you to be mindful of water usage.

• Turn off lights, ceiling fans, AC, portable and appliances when not in use.
