Saltbox townhome with AC, fireplace & deck - near Quechee Club, golf & ski

Nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains and close to all the amenities, this townhome has a beautiful country setting. The Village of Quechee is within easy walking distance and all the Quechee Lakes and area amenities are just a few minutes' drive.

The main level has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining and living area with a fireplace and AC wall unit, and a deck. There are scenic views of the rolling foothills of the Green Mountains from the deck and living area. The upper level consists of two bedrooms that share a full bath, including one with an AC wall unit. In one of the second-floor bedrooms, the 2 twin beds can be converted to a queen bed for added comfort.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee's spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Great stay

We booked this place last minute (or after last minute) because the original rental we were supposed to stay at was under construction and not habitable. So we really appreciated the ease of booking and having a nice, clean place to stay at for the week.

The home, while not walking distance to the Quechee Club, is a very short commute: about 2 miles / 5 minute from door to door. The home is also a short 1 mile drive to Simon Pearce's Flagship Store & Restaurant. Very centrally located, and great location in Quechee no matter the time of year you visit!

nice view but bushes which badly needed pruning are blocking much of it. Good overall location - parking very close to the unit.

Place was nice and 20 min drive to Dartmouth door to door. Everything you need and plenty of space. Only glitch was the battery on door code died after coming home from dinner. However, we called service # on our confirm and they provided us a lockbox code for a key in less than 5 min so not an issue.

Location is great, house is wonderful. Only issue was during the entry, their automatic lock needs battery replacement or lock. Upon arrival, after calling them, they immediately provided manual key from another black box with manual 4 digit code. We arrived in the daylight, but guest arriving from long distance and middle of the night has to go though that would be problematic at that time, recommend talking with them in advance about the lock situation..

Quiet, Comfy and Close

Conveniently located near Dartmouth College in the peaceful village of Quechee. Property is clean and comfortable. Good WIFI and Cell, easy location for remote work. Wonderful morning runs along the town green and along the river. Kitchen isn't as well appointed as some properties I have stayed at, but was sill able to cook throughout the week. Nice outdoor seating area and charcoal grill. Would book this property again!

Good location, good accommodations

This property worked well for our family stay in the area for a local hockey tournament. The condo had some updating and was clean. Neighborhood could do a better job of cleaning dog waste off the grounds.

The property was clean and properly prepared. My only concern is that the deck at the condominium was not available for use on the beautiful summer weekend. This was not disclosed prior to occupancy to my knowledge.

Great spot

We loved our stay. Spacious, very comfortable, really nice view, and nice location near Quechee Gorge and other area attractions. Rental, check-in and check-out all very easy. We will definitely consider this location again on our next Vermont trip.
