Die Unterkunft ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Es war alles einfach zu finden und komfortabel. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist in der Nähe, der Bahnhof, viele Geschäfte und der Fahrradverleih.

Schöne große Wohnung. Esstisch zu klein. Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Aber man wohnt zentral und ruhig und kann alles in Borkum gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir hatten die Wohnungen 204 und 205 die gegenüber sind. Beide Wohnungen sind sauber und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an fast nichts. Ein kleines Sofa im Wohnraum wäre das I-Tüpfelchen. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Das Objekt war alles in allem sauber, einzelne Ecken waren staubig (neben dem Schrank/unter dem Bett), aber ich denke, dass sich das in einer Ferienwohnung kaum vermeiden lässt. Gut wäre höchstens noch Putzzeug, um selbst noch putzen zu können (auch mal zwischendrin). Die Lage war der Hammer, man ist direkt in der Stadt. Und von unserer Wohnung aus hatten wir sogar Meerblick! Trotzdem hat man völlige Ruhe, wir haben nichts von den anderen Wohnungen gehört, obwohl dort Kinder gewohnt haben. Der Checkin Vorgang war unkompliziert, allen denen wir begegnet sind waren ausgesprochen höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschinentabs und Mülltüten wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung war modern und schön eingerichtet, schön wäre nur ein kleines gemütliches Sofa gewesen. So konnte man den großen, modernen Fernseher lediglich mit den am Esstisch stehenden Stühlen nutzen. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, weil wir einen Laptop dabei hatten und damit sowieso im Bett ferngesehen haben. Ein Highlight war auch der Aufzug, der mit Gepäck, Einkäufen und Fußproblemen einiges erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung an sich ist natürlich hochpreisig (was man ja aber im Vorfeld weiß), was sich sicherlich mit der hervorragenden Lage und Ausstattung erklären lässt.
