We stay at Long Beach 3-4 times a year so we’ve stayed in a lot of different condos here. Cons: For the price they really can’t buy the cheapest possible mattresses and frames. If they want repeat renters that definitely has to be fixed. The living room furniture was also not great. 2 tiny, squeaky couches and 2 wicker chairs that nobody wants to sit in. We all wanted to watch a basketball game together and everyone was like who gets the wicker chairs? Luckily we had perfect weather all week so we didn’t spend much time in the living room anyway besides at night. No hangers in any closets was frustrating upon arrival and unpacking for 6 people. Easy 10 fix. Pros: Kim’s condos always makes checking in so easy! We arrived a little early. She answers on the first ring and let us in because the room was ready. SO nice after a long car ride to get right in. We seek out condos managed by her because she is always on point. The kitchen was beautiful, had everything we needed, clean, decorated nicely, nice washer/dryer, great water pressure in showers, 2 out of 3 really nice bathrooms, and the 2 sets of beach chairs is a huge bonus! (I’m not sure why but a lot of condos here seem to have issues with their locks on the sliding doors but this condos locks worked great. Big deal for people with little kids.) New beds and a sectional and this condo would be perfect.
