In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Overall, we had an amazing time staying at your steamboat location. The two bedroom two bathroom condo was perfect for our needs and provided all the great amenities. We would recommend staying here and we will plan to stay here again.

Excellent amenities. Kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and pool after each day on the mountain. Less than 2 min shuttle ride to the lifts. We will be back.

Pretty much as advertised. Note there is no AC, but there are fans and it gets cool at night so that’s not so bad. The master bedroom did have a urine smell especially after we got the fans going

The condo was great! So clean and had everything we needed. The little store down the street was very convenient as well. We had an awesome weekend!!
