Kick off your ski or hiking boots and make yourself at home in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Whip up some waffles, or prepare your other favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Do you fondue? You will now with the condo's fancy fondue pot! Soak in the quaking aspens and Colorado sunshine on the private patio with an umbrella and seating for four.

Warm up by the fireplace and get cozy on the couch to recap the day's adventures or take in a movie on the flatscreen smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom adorned with a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Great Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was equipped with everything we could have needed. Its location in the Rockies was convenient to everything we wanted to see. We visited in the fall. I can only imagine it would be perfect for snow skiers as it is near many ski resorts. The hosts were informative and easy to work with.

Beautiful stay!

The cozy condo nestled in the mountains is a great spot not just for hikers and skiers, just those looking to just relax too. Comfortable, with all the kitchen amenities and two full baths, we loved our anniversary getaway. We enjoy cooking and had every kitchen gadget needed. We watched the hummingbirds come right up to us during morning coffee on the porch, went for a drive and excursion, then came back and watched Netflix before star gazing almost every day. Such a peaceful late summer week.

Granby Ranch - quiet side of RMNP

Overall good, as described. The buildings are not labeled well so it took a bit of searching and phone calls to get to our place on arrival. The property furnishings are a bit worn and the floor needs to be replaced by the dishwasher. The bed pillows could also use an update. The pool was under construction during our stay, hot tub was close to our room and clean.

Very pleased with this unit. Couple suggestions: 1) Instructions for TV and remote would be great. We gave up after first night. 2) Recycle option should be available. 3) Hot water does not last too long for 4 adults 4) Night light in bathrooms

Home was as described except for the hot tub. I booked it based on access to a hot tub and it was only open once the entire 4 days and not for the posted time which was 10a to 10p At 8pm on our last night we went to get in and it was closed. This was very disappointing

Nice place, very clean and comfortable

Pros: very clean, very comfortable place, but a few minor things to improve. Cons: building not labeled with numbers and hard to locate, especially in the dark - went to the wrong 205 twice before locating the correct building; TV situation is poor - there are no instructions on use, what's available, etc - there is not cable, and nothing but free streaming so that's not really great and became quite frustrating at points

Well used space. Good amount of sleeping options. Double full bunk bed is a little shaky and the top probably needs to be reserved for small kids or single sleepers. Recommend 4WD during winter months. Hot water heater can’t handle 2 showers at once for long but heats up quickly after a break. Washer and dryer are very small so take enough detergent for multiple loads. Sectional sofa was great and able to hold our family for movie nights. Grocery close by. Kitchen had everything we needed. Vacasa was available 24hrs a day via text, very quick to respond when I had questions, and were thorough in their response.
