Erlenblick 2 House, large yard, quiet location, family-friendly, dogs allowed

Our holiday home, Erlenblick 2, is located in the southern part of Zingst, in a quiet, second-row setting on a 500-square-meter lot. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Our large, fenced-in yard extends to the south and east. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a generous dining area (with high chairs), a large living room with a cosy sitting area, a TV, and a wood-burning stove, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each sleeping two people, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. In the attic, there is another large bedroom for two people, along with a cot. Bedding and towels (one shower towel and one hand towel per person) are included in the rental price. The terraces of both houses are located on the sides of the houses, so they face away from each other. There is also a south-facing seating area behind the house. Each property has a shed for bicycles, a grill, and similar items. Two parking spaces for cars are located directly next to each house.<br><br>From our house, it’s a 15-minute walk through the town of Zingst to the Baltic Sea and the pier. By bike, you can reach the outer sections of Zingst’s beach via the bike path on the dike in ten minutes. Numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants in Zingst offer plenty of entertainment. There are many opportunities to get to know Zingst’s natural surroundings better (crane watching, guided hikes, slide shows, boat tours, etc.). The local history museum, the Pommernstube, and the Experimentarium are always worth a visit and are within easy walking distance.
