The farmhouse "Rosaspina - Appartamento 1" is located in Capalbio and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Pool open from the end of May to mid-September, from 8:30 am to 7 pm. It is forbidden to dive.
The farmhouse is immersed in the green Tuscan Maremma - near the village of Capalbio, the prestigious Argentario coastline, and a few kilometres from the Tarot Garden of artist Niki de Saint de Phalle.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets are allowed but cannot be left free in the facility.
Wi-Fi is not available.
