Here you can rent a cosy apartment on the ground floor in Timmendorfer Strand, just 150 metres from the fine-sand beach. The apartment is in a quiet location and features a lovely south-facing balcony with a sweeping view of the large, park-like communal garden.
It measures 45 m² and sleeps up to 4 people.

The kitchenette, featuring a new kitchen installed in 2026 with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, opens off the approximately 22-square-meter living-dining area.
The bright dining area, which seats 4 people, adjoins the kitchen nook and flows into the living area.

The living-bedroom features a sideboard with storage space, a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, an LCD TV with an HDMI connection (please bring your own cable), and a Bluetooth-enabled stereo system.
From the sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery, and access to the balcony is through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Seating and a parasol are available here.

The bedroom features a large double bed (200x200 cm) with separate mattresses and a wardrobe. Adjacent to the bedroom and accessible from the hallway—which is equipped with a mirror and a coat rack—is the shower room.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house; these can be used for a small fee.

In front of the house entrance, sheltered behind a hedge near the garden entrance, are the shared bike racks, which are free to use.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a short walk away.
The lively town centre can also be reached in a few minutes on foot—for example, along the beach promenade—where you’ll find almost everything your heart desires.
From April 15 to 15.09.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.

Parking space number 10 on the premises is reserved for you free of charge.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment!
One dog is permitted here upon request.

Park-like holiday complex near the beach: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 45 to 60 m², are stylishly furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the fresh sea air first thing in the morning and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the communal basement.

You’ll find a bike rack next to the building, as well as your reserved parking space.

The beach is about 150 metres away. A bakery and the town centre are right nearby. Here, many exclusive shops, cosy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to linger.

Hansa-Park Sierksdorf is definitely worth a visit. Whether it’s roller coasters or water rides, interactive attractions, or fantastic shows, there’s something for everyone here. Culinary delights are available at the various restaurants and food stands.
