This comfortable 3-room duplex apartment on the 1st floor in Timmendorfer Strand is located just 230 metres from the beach. With a floor area of 65 square metres, it offers plenty of space for up to 2–3 people and a baby (up to 1 year old).

The living room, featuring a cosy sofa set, a recliner, a dining area, and a large flat-screen TV, opens onto a south-facing balcony with a table and high-back chairs.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen, integrated into the living room, features a stove with an oven and range hood, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, and a dishwasher.

On the lower level, there is a small bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and large, practical drawers. Here, you sleep beneath a large Velux window and enjoy an unobstructed view of the sky! The shower room is also located on this level.

A staircase off the hallway leads to the semi-open loft, which features a French bed (160 cm × 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with ample storage space. There is also a small desk for working.

The occupancy rates are based on 1–2 people. An additional €10.00 per night is charged for each additional person.

Newly installed bike racks are available at the house.

Beachfront park area for the whole family: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 46 to 70 m², are comfortably furnished for up to 5 people. You can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the terrace or balcony.

The communal basement features a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

A parking space is reserved for you at the building, and you’ll also find a bike rack here.

The beach is just 200 metres away. A bakery and the town centre are right nearby. Various exclusive shops, cosy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to browse and enjoy.

Just 7 kilometres away is the Karls Adventure Village. There’s something for everyone here: a potato-sack slide, a creative workshop, a play area, as well as a coffee-pot exhibition, a “Piep” show, and a farmers’ market.
