Haus Parkblick, Timmendorfer Strand, Apartment 7, welcomes you to its excellent location in the popular holiday destination of Timmendorfer Strand. The fine-sand beach is only about 550 metres away—a leisurely walk takes you right to the ocean. Shopping options are just 450 metres away, and the town centre is about 500 metres away and also easily accessible on foot.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Parkblick building and, with a living area of 45 m², is ideal for couples.

This cosy two-room apartment features a bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm, separate mattresses), a living room, and an open kitchen integrated into the living area. The open floor plan creates a pleasant living atmosphere and is perfect for social gatherings. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing evenings. Books and a radio provide additional entertainment options.

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and numerous kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery are, of course, provided. A dining area with a dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.

The bathroom features a shower (low-entry), sink, toilet, and a hair dryer. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available (coin-operated machines in the basement; 50-cent coins only). An ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a clothes drying rack round out the amenities for everyday convenience.

A highlight of the apartment is the two balconies. Outdoor furniture is provided here, so you can relax and wind down the day in the fresh air.

Those who enjoy sports will find a wide range of options in Timmendorfer Strand: Water sports such as sailing, surfing, and swimming are available in the surrounding area. In addition, there are opportunities for golf, horseback riding, hiking, and fishing.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
You can park your bicycles in the bike shed or at the bike rack.
A parking space is reserved for you behind the house.
Wi-Fi is available (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

From May until, presumably, the end of 2026, roof work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.

A central location near the spa park: Built in 1994, this brick building is located just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed by our agency, our office located on the ground floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our holiday guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our holidaymakers! This comfortable apartment complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments have a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.

The beach and the town centre are located approximately 350–400 metres from Haus Parkblick. The exclusive shops, cafés, and restaurants are about a 5–8-minute walk away. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. The idyllic harbour in the neighbouring village of Niendorf is about 2 km away and invites you to watch the fishing boats come in and enjoy a delicious fish sandwich in a wonderful atmosphere! It’s also a great experience to visit the SeaLife Centre Timmendorfer Strand and discover and enjoy the diversity of marine life.
