Vacation apartment "An der Ach"

The "An der Ach" apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a stunning view of the Pfronten countryside; you can relax on the balcony while enjoying breakfast. This apartment sleeps 2 people. The lovingly furnished living and dining area features a double bed, a modern seating area, and a kitchenette. The bathroom has been tastefully and modernly renovated. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the Pfronten countryside. The house includes a parking space for your car. Apartment 15 also has a connecting door to Apartment 16, making the two apartments ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
Here in Pfronten Meilingen, you’ll find yourself in a very quiet area of Pfronten; this area is also known as “the sunny slope of Pfronten.”
From the holiday rental, it’s also not far to the ski lift and the valley station at Breitenberg. You can also walk to a large supermarket, “V-Markt,” which offers a great selection of regional products. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are also within walking distance of the house.

The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you can receive a free change of towels and bed linens. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for this.

Hallo liebe Urlauber, die Wohnung App.15 ist sehr schön gepflegt und wirklich zu empfehlen (wenn nicht gerade ein Sturm geht, da die Fenster nicht ganz dicht sind und die Nachbarn ihre Seitenmarkise ausgefahren haben). Ehepaar das abschalten wollte.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick, sowohl vom Balkon, der Essecke, als auch dem Bett, auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge von Pfronten. Das Bad ist modern saniert, war für mich mit das zweite Kriterium. - Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet, mehr aber auch nicht. Es fehlen Spülmaschine und ein Backofen. - Es gibt keinen Stuhl / Sessel in der Wohnung, nur auf dem Balkon - Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, auch bedingt durch die große Wohnugsanzahl. Auch die Signaltöne der naheliegenden Regionalbahn an den unbeschrankten Bahnübergängen können richtig nerven (ab 5:30 Uhr). Die Straße unter dem Haus ist zwar eine schmale, aber sehr beliebte Umgehungsstraße, besonders während des Berufsverkehrs. D.h. eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage hat man nicht unbedingt Dafür liegt die Wohnung in Pfronten-Meilingen in direkter Nähe zum V-Markt (Supermarkt), anderseits aber weit genug entfernt vom Pfrontener Zentrum mit der hohen Fahrzeug-Dichte dort. - Angekündigte Spülmaschinenpads fehlen und auch gleich die ganze Spülmaschine - Eine Toilettenpapierrolle wird grosszügig als Willkommenspaket gepriesen, naja - Es wäre auch sicher finanziell verkraftbar, den Gästen Spülmittel und Salz / Pfeffer / Zucker / evtl. andere Gewürze bereitzustellen. - In anderen Ferienwohnungen sind zwei lokale Bierflaschen / Sekt zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank nicht selten (ok muss nicht zwingend sein) Einzelperson

Saubere, gemütliche FeWo mit Panoramablick auf Pfronten und kleinem Balkon. Hübsche, kleine Küche, modernes Bad, Sitzecke gemütlich, TV, Bett gute Matratzen, angenehme Oberbetten. Leider fehlen Reinigungsgeräte- die ich auf eigene Kosten gekauft habe.Sichtschutz Balkon links kaputt- bitte reparieren. Ist wichtig. Gast- gebucht u bezahlt über Firma Herrmann. Die angekündigte email mit d Schlüsselcode und Hinweisen zur Anreise ist- entgegen der Ankündigung- nie eingetroffen.

Hallo, das Ferienhaus liegt sehr gut in der Umgebung von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und verschiedenen Ausflügen mit Rad und zum Wandern und Baden. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es sind schon die ersten Gebrauchsartikel vorhanden die bei der Ankuft gebraucht werden. Super..! Gläser waren nicht alle in Ordnung und der Einlegeboden von den Töpfen ist nicht fest, da fehlt ein Stift. KönigsCarde hatten wir nicht, war nicht ganz eindeutig beschrieben. Gästelarte oder KönigsCard..! Ehepaar
