This place was amazing! This was the cutest place walking distance to downtown Sulphur springs. The host is responsive and extremely sweet! The beds were comfortable and seating area in the living room area is roomy and relaxing.You can enjoy the front deck with a nice hot cup of coffee, and enjoy the view.There is a beautiful park with a lovely trail that you can walk or enjoy a nice bike ride.We will definitely be coming back to the house!

We really enjoyed our stay for a sisters' weekend in this adorable, cozy historic home, located on a lovely street that directly intersects with downtown Sulphur Springs. The host was very responsive; the decor was well put together and uniquely fun; the beds were comfortable; the home was equipped with all the little 'extras' we needed, and it was very fairly priced. The thermostat was slightly tricky to figure out, but that's really the only thing that stood out as a little challenging. Overall, we would definitely book again on another trip to the area; highly recommended!

Excellent location, we enjoyed walking to town for dinner and the farmers market. It's also very close to the park and lake for some fishing and walking.
