Villa Anna is centrally located in the front row directly on the Ahlbeck beach promenade and is therefore just a stone's throw from the beach and the town centre. It has been extensively renovated and fully furnished.
The 57 m² Apartment 05 is located on the 1st floor and features a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower bathroom—completely renovated in 2021—with a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony with a (partial) view of the Baltic Sea. Pets are allowed upon request.
We are partners with UsedomRad. Rent a bike from our office and explore the beautiful and diverse “Sun Island” of Usedom independently and flexibly. As a spa pass holder, you can also use the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) free of charge.

Besonders die exzellente Lage direkt an der Promenade mit ihrem reizvollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee überzeugt uns stets aufs Neue. Die Matratzen der Betten hängen durch und wir sind bestimmt keine schwergewichtig gewesen. Die Ausstattung sowie das Inventar war nicht unbedingt üppig. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum von Ahlbeck dagegen war hervorragend. Den Balkon könnte man nicht benutzen da Vögel oberhalb des anderen Balkons genistet hatten und den ganzen Kot auf dem Boden verteilten.

Die Wohnung war wie immer sehr sauber, Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal wohl. Einziges Manko: den Balkon kann man kaum nutzen, da Vögel darüber brüten und Stühle, Tisch und der Wäschetrockner stets mit verunreinigt sind.

Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Leider war der Balkon das Gegenteil. Kaputte Teile lagen herum, so daß ich erst aufgeräumt und gereinigt habe. Laut Buchung waren wir der Meinung das die Wohnung zur Strandseite ist. Aber dafür war die Wohnung in ein super Zustand und die Lage ist natürlich perfekt.
