Villa Anna is located in the heart of Sassnitz’s picturesque old town. Since 1896, the villa has offered its guests peace and relaxation in a well-maintained atmosphere. Villa Anna was built at the end of the 19th century in the seaside resort architectural style and today offers 10 comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 4 people, featuring an lift, a loggia, and a view of the Baltic Sea in almost all apartments.
The various one- and two-room apartments, ranging from 40 to 52 square metres in living space, are all equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The glass-enclosed winter gardens offer a magnificent view over the Old Town towards the Baltic Sea and Jasmund National Park.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in the building. Each apartment comes with a parking space.
There is a terrace and a well-maintained garden for shared use, as well as a bicycle storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. One apartment in the building is located on the lower level with a garden view and features its own terrace.
Pets are allowed only upon request in apartments 12 and 13. A fee of 8 € per night would be charged for a pet, as well as a one-time pet final cleaning fee of 20 €.

In Category A, there are three identical apartments:
Apartment 11 on the 1st floor, Apartment 21 on the second floor, and Apartment 31 on the third floor.
All three apartments offer a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the Old Town.
These two-room apartments, with 52 square metres of living space, each accommodate up to 3 people.
Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and there is a single bed in a sleeping alcove with a window.
The living room features a couch seating area and a desk.
The kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, is integrated into the living area. The dining area, located on the loggia, offers a breathtaking view.
The bathroom features a shower. Wi-Fi is available.
Each apartment comes with a parking space marked with the apartment number.
Shared amenities include a terrace, the garden, a bicycle storage room, and a washing machine and dryer. The building provides a cot and a high chair.
