The "Seaside" apartment building is located on a quiet side street in the historic old town of Sassnitz, just a few metres from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, is particularly charming thanks to its well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cosy outdoor seating. The sailing and fishing harbour—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city centre itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque old town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.<br>The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer lake views. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 metres away, behind City Hall, in the car park at the corner of Schult-Kruse-Straße and Ringstraße.<br><br>Pink Apartment:<br>This holiday rental is located on the ground floor and is decorated in light colours with pink accents.<br> There is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, has a cosy couch that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa upon request. Dine at the dining table or at the counter, which visually separates the open kitchen from the living area.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
