Overall a great place to stay which was clean and everything looked the same as in the pictures. Parking was easy and enjoyed the gym/common areas. Would stay here again and would recommended.

Very lovely place! The security was kind, the apartment itself is very well maintained and cozy, and it’s walking distance from pretty good spots to eat. Overall, well worth the price!

The host was amazing, responsive to questions and keeping us updated on our check in to check out, The condo was very clean, excellent location, great security staff, and right by streetcar stop.The beds were comfy, nice size , and great having both with the bathroom. Highly recommended this for a stay in Kansas City and would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful downtown condo property with covered parking in a secure multi story parking structure. The location is perfect for access to all of the activities downtown offers and the trolley stops right next to the buildings. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. The beds are excellent and the kitchen is fully equipped. Our host Caleb was instantly responsive to our questions. The stay exceeded our expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caleb’s lovely condo! It was located in a great area, with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was wonderful, and very accommodating for our family of four. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, there was ample seating for us to hang out together, and our teenage boys especially loved the foosball table in the “bonus area” and the rainfall shower in their bathroom! The amenities were great as well and we got hours of use of the gym, basketball court and game room. We are definitely spoiled now, as we have a new standard to compare any other place to!
