Built in 1937, this once-busy service station sat at the center of a thriving small town until the highway was rerouted just years later leaving it abandoned for decades.
In 2025, we saw its potential. With a vision to restore its charm, we’re transforming it into a cozy Airbnb—offering locals a place for visiting family and guests.
Set in a quiet town near hot pools, swimming areas, and a popular ski spot, this forgotten building is becoming a place for comfort, connection, and new memories.

The building is in a quiet little town that is central to several places that people live to visit. Downata Hot Springs is within 15 miles. Lava Hot Springs is within 15 miles. In the winter Pebble Creek ski area is a half an hour drive away. Our building will also give family a place to stay that are here to watch sports at Marsh Valley Schools.
