Welcome to our cosy apartment on the edge of the forest in Niedersfeld! This charming holiday rental, approximately 45 m² in size, is located in a small complex on the hillside, in a quiet setting surrounded by beautiful nature.<br><br>Highlights:<br><br>Spacious living room: Enjoy the cosy sitting area with a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and a play area for the kids.<br><br>Modern open-concept kitchen: Fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, combination microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso and drip coffee makers.<br><br>Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space.<br><br>Bathroom: Features a large shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>Outdoor Area: Step right out of the apartment into the garden and enjoy the view of the mountains. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Die Infomappe zur Wohnung ist super gestaltet. Gefallen hat uns weiterhin die nahe Lage am Ortsrand, da wenn man mit Haustier (z. Hund) anreist, nach wenigen Metern gleich in freier Natur ist. Weiterhin sind Bäcker, Metzger und auch ein Supermarkt gut zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 700m). Zu dem gibt es einen Schnellimbiss, Pizzeria und ein Restaurant im Ort. Wir können und werden diese Wohnung sehr gern weiter empfehlen.

Klant vriendelijkheid kunnen we niet beoordelen want we hebben niemand gesproken. Ligging is goed maar vanuit dit appartement heb je weinig uitzicht. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement en was schoon met goede bedden. Een heel groot nadeel is dat het appartement behoorlijk vochtig is en ruikt in met name slaapkamer en douche.

Prachtige rustige ligging met mooi terras (gelijkvloers) en alle comfort. Vermits het appartement in het souterrain ligt lekker fris binnen ondanks de hoge buitentemperatuur en toch veel lichtinval. Enig minpuntje: kleren beddengoed en handdoeken voelden vochtig aan, maar er was zeker geen sprake van vochthinder in het appartement. Een echte aanrader en we komen zeker terug!
