Even the drive to your accommodation sets the stage for unforgettable holiday moments: rolling hills, vast fields, and the peaceful tranquility of nature will have you taking a deep breath the moment you arrive.

Park your car conveniently under the carport or in the additional parking space.
A small path leads across a charming wooden bridge through the garden directly to your holiday home. Here, surrounded by nature, you’ll find peace, relaxation, and space to spend quality time with your family and dog.

As you enter the house, you’re greeted by a long, bright hallway with white wainscoting and blue wooden doors—you’ll immediately sense the maritime charm.

The path continues into the spacious living room: floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights flood the room with light.

The open-concept design connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas into a single space where you can cook, eat, or simply relax together. Old dark wooden beams and the crackling fireplace lend the room warmth, character, and cosiness.
From here, you have direct access to the garden and the terrace. A beach chair invites you to daydream, read, or simply enjoy nature.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (180 × 200 cm) and spacious closets.

The bathroom, decorated in warm earth tones, features a bathtub and a large walk-in shower.

You can reach the upper floor via a charming Samba staircase (living room)—here you’ll find additional bedrooms for children or guests.

On the upper floor, you’ll find a guest bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Bicycles can be stored safely in the garden shed.

The small Hohenkirchen area of Hölle really is called that. No one can say exactly why. The fact is, heaven and hell lie right next to each other here. Our house is surrounded by ditches and dikes in the heart of the East Frisian polders. Hidden behind mature trees in a lovingly landscaped garden, our closest neighbors are herons, partridges, pheasants, owls, buzzards, sheep, and cows. Here, everyone finds what they’re looking for: stressed-out city dwellers find relaxation, and families ready for a holiday find everything that makes a family holiday a success.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary extra and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1x large bath towel; 1x small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
