The 58 m² Upstalsboom 3-room holiday rental, bsak8-30, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 5 people. A particular highlight is the covered balcony facing southwest. Here, you can enjoy the morning sun right from breakfast.

Location
This modern and bright holiday rental is located on the second floor of Deichhaus 8, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are also within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry between Bensersiel and the car-free island runs several times a day and takes just under an hour. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.

Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 4 people and a cosy seating area. Two separate bedrooms are available. One of them has a double bed and its own flat-screen TV, while the other has a bunk bed. A cot can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax on the covered balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture for 4 people.


Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighbouring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring pools, a bubble mushroom, waterfall showers, a counter-current system, a children’s paddling pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam room. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.

The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.

This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

A day trip to the island of Langeoog is practically a given—since the tide-independent ferry runs several times a day between Bensersiel and this beautiful East Frisian island.

The seven Anna Küste dike houses, located in the heart of Bensersiel, are just 250 metres from the sandy beach and offer you 100 modern and bright apartments for up to 8 people. The 1- to 4-room apartments range in size from 28 m² to 86 m², are furnished to a high standard in a harmonious style, and each features a covered balcony or a covered terrace. The Deichhäuser offer free Wi-Fi. Lockable bike storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are available.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in select apartments. However, as a precaution, we’d like to point out that Bensersiel does not have a dog beach, and dogs are also not allowed on the dike.
