The 30 m² Upstalsboom one-room holiday rental, bsak8-32, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 3 people. A particular highlight is the covered balcony, similar to a loggia, facing a sunny southwest direction. Here, you can enjoy the soothing sea climate of this North Sea health resort all day long.

The Location
This modern and bright holiday rental is located on the second floor of Deichhaus 8, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 metres from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.

Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living-sleeping area, which includes a sleeper sofa, features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as a double bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 3 people and a cosy little sitting area. The stylish, natural-light-filled bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax on the covered balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture for 3 people (the balcony door has a built-in fly screen). A safe is also available, suitable for laptops (33 cm deep, 10 cm high, 30 cm diagonal),


Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free and unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighbouring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, surge showers, a counter-current system, a children’s paddling pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.

The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.

This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Bensersiel, the North Sea spa town on the East Frisian coast, is a popular holiday destination and particularly diverse. Right on your doorstep, you’ll find the North Sea, a fine-sand beach, the colourful harbour, and idyllic East Frisia. A day trip to the island of Langeoog is practically a given—since the tide-independent ferry runs several times a day between Bensersiel and the beautiful East Frisian island.

The seven Anna Küste dike houses, located in the heart of Bensersiel, are just 250 metres from the sandy beach and offer 100 modern and bright apartments for up to 8 people. They impress not only with their energy efficiency and sustainable construction but, above all, with their fresh, modern, and inviting atmosphere. Here, you can completely unwind and feel right at home. Whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, with friends, or with family, you’ll find the perfect place to stay with us. The 1- to 4-room apartments range in size from 28 m² to 86 m², are furnished to a high standard with a harmonious design, and each features a covered balcony or a covered terrace. The Deichhäuser offer free Wi-Fi. Lockable bike storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are available.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in select apartments. However, we’d like to point out that Bensersiel does not have a dog beach, and dogs are not allowed on the dike.
