A particular highlight is the sunny rooftop terrace facing southeast; here, you can enjoy breakfast together and soak up the sun first thing in the morning while breathing in the refreshing sea air. From here, you’ll have a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south. Ideal for families: The apartment offers the luxury of two bathrooms, so you can start your day feeling completely relaxed.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided for you in the apartment, and the beds are made for your arrival.


The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the southeast-facing top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 1. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—just 200 metres away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request. The stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a spacious entryway with a coat closet. The rooftop terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy time together. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. The apartment is designed to be wheelchair-accessible.

Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the holiday complex—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Dressing gowns and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception, featuring the front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground as well as free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the lift, which provides direct access from underneath the building. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground garage, as are charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack. In Building 5, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your use.
