The 55 m² family-friendly 2-room apartment, booa3-23, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious, sun-drenched balcony facing southeast; here you can enjoy breakfast together in the morning sun and breathe in the refreshing sea air.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the ground floor of Building 3, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—just 200 metres away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. You can enjoy the sun all day long on the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and a parasol. The balcony is accessible from the living room. With the exception of a threshold leading to the balcony, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the lift through a direct entrance beneath the building.
