The 54 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, gbmv1-05, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the sunny, covered balcony facing west, where you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the ground floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing west. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hob with glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cosy living-dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). The separate bedroom offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches) as well as a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seating area and luggage storage. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a sink with a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and underfloor heating.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying a side view of the Baltic Sea on the covered, west-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
