Recreational facilities such as the seawater recreational pool, the tennis centre, and the surf school are all within easy walking distance.

The bright, wheelchair-accessible apartment features free Wi-Fi. The open-concept kitchen includes a freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and a private washing machine. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
