The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing west, is located on the 4th floor of the historic Krusespeicher building. Wismar’s Old Harbour, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is right at your doorstep. This is the perfect base for exploring the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbour is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals—and it’s also the original filming location for *SOKO Wismar*, the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and places to visit. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbour Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.

The Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 4 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an immersion blender. The combined living and dining area features a double sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (42 inches), a hi-fi system, and board games. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony with a direct view of the harbour. The bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. A cot can be set up in the bedroom for a fee.
