Discover the breathtaking beauty of western North Carolina at this massive estate with 10,000 square feet of upscale living space and panoramic mountain views. Located 32 miles west of Asheville, this luxe manor has two gourmet kitchens, a vintage diner, and an outdoor entertaining space over 2,500 square feet across three stories. This estate seamlessly combines indoor/outdoor living with covered patios, a screened deck, and two upper decks with jaw-dropping mountain views. Sip beverages on comfy lounge furniture. Make use of the gas grill. Tables on both the upper and lower decks offer alfresco dining. The home is uniquely positioned just minutes from the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and bordering Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Nearby attractions include the Biltmore Estate, Cataloochee Ski Resort, and the Appalachian Trail. Spend sunny days at Lake Junaluska, then sample local flavor at an array of cideries and breweries. The grand living area features impressive high ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, and incredible views from soaring windows. Plush sofas and armchairs offer plenty of comfortable seating. A second living area has a sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a gas fireplace. Play games at a card table or billiards at a pool table. Adjacent, a vintage diner has a bar and seating at booths and high-top tables. Curl up with a book on a sofa or armchair in a third living area. Two game rooms offer foosball, Ping-Pong, and a big-screen TV area. Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, including two ovens, outfit the gourmet kitchen. Perch at the island, dine at a large table or savor meals in the formal dining room. A second kitchen features a gas range and a table. The main bedroom boasts an electric fireplace, a private balcony, and two walk-in closets. The en suite has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and jetted tub. Five guest bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including one with another loft space with fun chairs, and all the bedrooms have TVs. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

    The room was very clean, and I absolutely loved the mountain view—it was breathtaking. The surrounding nature was wonderful. I highly recommend visiting the Slide Rock recreational area and Looking Glass Waterfall. You will be able to take some beautiful pictures there. This is a wonderful place to be with the Creator amidst the beauty of God’s creation. It offers a chance to reconnect with yourself so that when you return to work and daily life you will have a better perspective. New, desirable, and expansive spiritual insights are welcome here.

    We have stayed here 2 years in a row for our annual family ski trip and we absolutely love it! We will definitely be back again.     This home is warm and beautiful!! The view!!! I just can’t say enough about the view and location. The home is spacious and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. There were a few issues with door handles and the master shower and balcony door got stuck. Of course, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. We would definitely come back again!

    The property is beautiful and the home has plenty of space. We travel together frequently and this is the only house that has had adequate seating in common areas to accommodate everyone getting a comfortable seat. Only suggestion would be adding more cookwawade.

    We were here for a Ladies Conference at Lake Junaluska. We all had such a wonderful time. The host was very accommodating and very quick to assist or answer any questions.     We recently stayed at this magnificent manor as a group of seven families and the experience was truly memorable. The property excels in scale and entertainment, offering sheer spaciousness that prevented crowding, ample games like Pool, Foosball, and Poker for adults, and countless activities for all age groups of kids; the vintage diner was a major highlight, happily converted into our private bar and lounge. The most important feature was the spectacular, mind-blowing view from the mountaintop location, allowing us to wake up to dense fog that magically cleared to reveal the valley below, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean, providing a comfortable base, with the uphill walk to the entrance gate serving as unexpected cardio. While we highly recommend the manor and would happily return, a few minor improvements would make it perfect: the outdoor grill was far too small for cooking for seven families; we were unable to use the patio Hot Tub area because it was surrounded by a significant amount of brown, itchy worms; we wished there was a dedicated, level greenspace for the kids to run and play freely; and the outdoor fireplace lid was difficult to open, suggesting an actual wood campfire pit would be preferred.

    We have a large group and it's difficult to find a property that can accommodate 15 guys. This house list 14 beds but there are additional sleeping areas. The location is great right off of Route 209 a great motorcycle road. The house is so big I kept getting lost at first. What a view in every direction! Would definitely rent again.

    The property was perfect for my family get together of 16. It was wonderful to all be together and also have the ability to be alone if needed. Perfect sleeping arrangements. The kitchen needs an updated stove and more cereal bowls. We also had a realtor show up to show the house. She was very surprised it was occupied. All and all we had a great time.
