It's close to I-35 and to Round Rock Sports Center and Kalahari, only 25 mins to downtown Austin and 15 to Domain. The neighborhood is quiet in a cul-de-sac, I personally know all my neighbors as I've lived here for 20 + years.

My property is my sanctuary! Best location, only 2 blocks away from I35, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is perfect for birdwatching while drinking your morning coffee.
