Ideally located holiday rental in Braunlage. 1.5 km from Wurmberg, a 10-minute walk to the town centre, with cross-country ski trails, bike paths, and hiking trails right in the vicinity. Sledding right by the house; thanks to its location on a dead-end street, there are great play areas for children. Barbecue area by the house, shared basement with foosball table, outdoor ping-pong table, outdoor seating on the property, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, commercial dishwasher, ironing facilities, and a clothesline. Garages for skis, sleighs, bikes, motorcycles, or strollers. There are 4 apartments, each with 4 beds or 1 apartment with 5 beds, making this an ideal option even for large groups. The cleaning fee includes bed linens (beds made), towels (1 shower towel and 2 additional towels per guest), and a shower mat. <br>Important: The visitor’s tax will be calculated after booking (see Braunlage Tourism for terms and conditions) and must be paid before arrival via PayPal or bank transfer. The tickets will be in the apartment upon arrival.

Waren als Familie,eine Woche, in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und gab sogar ein Willkommens Geschenk. Es war alles außerordentlich sauber. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts. Ruhige Sackgassen Lage, top mit Kindern Außenbeleuchtung war sehr gepflegt und gab eine Tischtennisplatte, Grillecke und mehrere Sitzecken. Reibungsloser und netter Kontakt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prima vakantiehuisje In de buurt van het centrum. Woning bestaat uit 4 appartementen met in de kelder en buiten allerlei (speel) voorzieningen. Mooi plekje voor ons e-Mtb enduro weekendje in Harz.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Nur die Spülmaschine im Keller ist ungewohnt.

Winterkurzurlaub

Sehr schöne Wiese zum Rodeln direkt hinter dem Haus, wo keine "Menschenüberflutung" ist. Zentrum ist in 5min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Küche war etwas eng aber gut ausgestattet. Es war insgesamt sauber. Schön wären z.B. Bücher, Gesellschaftspiele gewesen. Dafür gab es den Kickertisch im Keller. Sehr vorteilhaft waren die Parkplätze am Haus. Gesamtbewertung: 4 von 5 Sternen -> würden wir nochmal buchen
