Thank you for staying with us! Please help us keep our home clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone.

No Smoking

- No smoking inside the house.
- Smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
Indoor smoking incurs a ₱5,000 cleaning fee.

Air Conditioning

- Keep windows and doors closed while the AC is on.
- Set AC to 22–24°C.
- Turn off AC when leaving.
- Return remotes after use.

Cleanliness

- Use the provided trash bins.
- Bag all garbage before disposal.
- Do not flush wipes, tissues, diapers, sanitary products, or other non-flushable items.
- Unplug the ground-floor water heater after use.

Kitchen Care

- Clean cooking areas after use.
- Return only clean and dry kitchenware.
- Use non-stick pans with care:
> Low to medium heat only.
> Use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils.
> Wash with a soft sponge only.

No Pets Allowed: Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Footwear: Please remove outdoor shoes at the door and wear the provided slippers inside.

Quiet Environment: Strictly no parties, events, or excessive noise.

Safety & Security

- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
- Only registered guests are allowed. (no guest switching)
- ₱1000 fee for each undeclared guest.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

CCTV

- 24/7 CCTV monitors outdoor public areas only.
- No cameras are installed inside guest rooms or private indoor spaces.
- Tampering with CCTV equipment is prohibited.
- Please do not unplug the CCTV power adapters located in the kitchen or ground-floor bathroom outlets.
