The apartment is located in a quiet area in the city of Elbasan. What makes the location perfect is that it’s just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, supermarkets, and other amenities. The apartment is also easily accessible by public transport (bus). The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends who want to spend a few days in Albania. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story house. As soon as you walk through the house’s large gate, you’ll enter the courtyard, where you can park your car and enjoy the garden’s green surroundings. You have full access to the entire ground floor, which consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, and a bathroom.

You’ll find towels, bed linens, and all basic cooking utensils in the house. The entire ground-floor apartment is rented out, and this is the only floor you will have access to. You can also use the house’s courtyard, which features a table and chairs for 6 people. Your children can play there while you enjoy the beautiful days in Albania. -We offer free accommodation for children under 3 years of age.
- For stays longer than 14 days, we offer free cleaning and a change of linens. If you’d like more frequent cleanings, this is of course available for an additional fee.
- If you need linens or cots, please let us know 1 day in advance.
- During your stay, you’ll have access to your favourite TV channels. (Please let us know 2 days in advance.)
- We provide everything you’ll need during your stay, including bed linens, towels, laundry detergent pods, and dishwasher tablets.
- The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessed via 2 steps from the street. There is also a second exit from the kitchen area leading to the courtyard. (There is no lift.)
