In the small and idyllic village of Neuharlingersiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the fishing harbour, town centre, and sandy beach, you, our dear guests, will find our “Haus Waterkant” with four cosy holiday apartments. The North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel is located directly on the unique natural wonder that is the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.

“Haus Waterkant” is situated in a very quiet and highly desirable residential area of Neuharlingersiel and offers an oasis of peace and relaxation for your especially wonderful holiday! All of Neuharlingersiel’s tourist attractions—and there are plenty of them—are also just a few metres’ walk away.

The four modern and cosy holiday apartments are bright, warmly furnished, and well-equipped. They measure approximately 45, 35, and 30 square metres and are ideal for a holiday for two people. Of course, solo travellers are also in excellent hands with us.

It’s only about 250 metres to the beautiful historic fishing boat harbour, and just a few metres further on you’ll find the beach, the saltwater indoor pool, and other tourist facilities right behind the dike. And on the other side of the dike, beyond the swimming beach, lies the North Sea—sometimes calm, sometimes turbulent, but always fascinating: This is where the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” begins.

The North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel is situated right in the middle of the East Frisian North Sea coast, on the mainland opposite the island of Spiekeroog. Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active fleet of crab cutters. In the beautiful historic harbour, East Frisian fishing is still actively practised today by many shrimp boats.

While you enjoy your well-deserved holiday, the shrimp fishermen set out for you from the old and charming Neuharlingersiel fishing harbour into the North Sea. There, the fishermen harvest the seafood that you’ll later enjoy. You can find it at many lovely, welcoming restaurants in Neuharlingersiel, including those right on the historic fishing boat harbour.

There’s a wide range of tourist attractions for your holiday: the beach with the fantastic “Platschi” water play area, the new, modern “BadeWerk” spa and wellness centre with a seawater indoor pool and sauna facilities, as well as the Kurhaus, Kursaal, an information centre with the “Leuchttürmchen” children’s playhouse, the Sielhof as the “Haus des Gastes,” green spaces, events, a lovingly maintained historic harbour, and of course the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” with its unique natural spectacle—as well as many other attractions.
