Part of a farmhouse, the holiday apartment "Agriturismo La Pieve - Rose" in Magliano is surrounded by olive trees and meadows. The 65 mÂČ property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with microwave and regular oven, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, heating as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available upon previous request.

The Wi-Fi is available downstairs, whereas the signal is not good enough on the first floor due to the very tick walls of the structure.

Etat de l'appartement déplorable - Accueil désagréable

Accueil déplorable. La personne qui tient l'Agristurismo est trÚs désagréable. L'accueil n'a pas du tout été chaleureux. Elle nous a montré le logement et c'est tout. Absence de conseils. Aucune recommandation vers des lieux à visiter, restaurants ou des producteurs locaux. Pas de produits de la ferme ou d'offres de collation fraiche sur place. Personne à notre départ du logement aprÚs plusieurs jours de location. RIEN D'UN AGRITURISMO ! Mauvais état de l'appartement. Absence de vraie douche. La douche est délimitée par un vieux rideau et un tout petit rebord au sol avec un radiateur quasiment dans la douche. Vieux réfrigérateur avec traces de rouille dont la partie freezer ne fonctionne pas correctement. La vaisselle était mal lavée - Le café moulu dans la machine à café n'avait pas été vidé. Trace de saleté sur les murs. Absence de wifi dans la chambre : L'annonce mentionne du wifi dans les chambres, ce qui est totalement faux.
